I have this on the inside of my leg. if you eat healthy foods and do regular excersise. I speedwalk twice a week for 30 mintues each time- or you could do running. you wont get rid of it complelty becuase it is just how your fat grows. but if you do regular excersise and eat a balanced diet. it should appear reduced
Hope that helps =)
One word-
Liposuction
*There’s no way to get rid of it. You can’t erase fat cells- if anything you can barely shrink them.
Try firming up the muscles in the areas that you have cellulite
I’ve tried a few creams but haven’t had any luck with them, I found the following worked:
Dry skin body brushing
Cellulite massage
Squats and leg raises
Drinking plenty of water

Hi,
I used to have pretty bad cellulite which only got worse after I get pregnant. I had it mostly around my inner thighs and bottom and a bit on my tummy as well. I tried eating more healthy food and did a lot of exercise as well which friends and family members recommended but my skin was still lumpy and floppy. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed to have got rid of her cellulite by using a particular cream. I tried it and it worked pretty well. It took a couple of weeks but my skin had improved a lot and I managed to get rid of my cellulite completely. You can read more about the lady’s article at the link below:

if you have cellulite on your thighs and glutes (bum) there are 3 strategies you need to implement to get results. first, you need to exercise. remember to really target the cellulite area with the exercises. like leg curls: laying on the leg curl machine and bring your ankle to your glutes. your also want to be doing some cardiovascular exercises like jogging or riding the bike these will burn the fat in the problem area and tone the area. remember you should not only do exercises in the gym as you don’t want to become under stimulated.
along with exercising you to changing your diet. There
You have to:
– avoid fast food and sodas
– massage your problem areas
– scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)
