I want to get rid of cellulite by exercise..Does anyone know what is the best exercise for it?

    You can lose 50 lbs and still have cellulite. To minimize it, drink lots of water, massage with a thick lotion daily, and buy vitamin c or caffeine capsules and put on at night. I heard coffee grinds in the shower as an exfolient works well but I never tried it.

    i had cellulite and im skinny… from sitting on my ass all day

    the best you can do is drink a lot of water… i used niveas goodbye cellulite (2x’s a day), and massaged thigh (firmly with pressure) every time i applied the product. it went away in like 3 weeks.

    the trick is to massage the area well not just wipe the product on. it tells you how on the instructions.

    edit: this seriously worked for me…

    BUT YOU COULD ALSO TRY DOING CARDIO (running) 2 days and TONING (squats, leglifts etc) 1 day.

    there is no way in heck that lotion will affect anything other than skin (for cellulite).

    wherever the cellulite is, find out which muscle group is under it and then exercise that group a little extra.

    water is ALWAYS a good idea.

    if you continue having a problem, there is no shame in a little lipo…
