the best way to get rid of cellulite?

im thin, a size ten, but i havent had the time for exercise, and i used to do a lot, and no i have cellulite at the very top of my legs. anything i can do.. will running help?

Exercise. Running will help a little but I would work the muscles with weights. Then your fat will get replaced with muscle and you will be like the bionic woman.
SQUATS!!!!! They work miracles! If you do these threw out the day whenever you think about it, you will notice them to start going away and also a slightly tighter butt:) Push yourself!!!! Don’t do just 5 and say that’s good. Do as many as you can as often as you can.

Much of cellulite problems are hereditary… Paris Hilton has the problem too! But exercise aimed at leg muscles is the best solution along with a good diet of wholesome foods. For quick temporary fixes, there are things you can do to tighten or camoflage. LUNGES LUNGES LUNGES…..they tone up ur legs better then anything else…..anddddddd no need for a gym, do them anywhereeeeee, while watching tv!!!!!! ull see a big difference.
