    I have so much cottage cheese. But..Sadly i dont have any motivation to actually exercise. I’m not very athletic :(

    Chris, these are great exercises once a person is further along in their fitness goals. I recommend squats, plies and mini lunges to my crowd, too. Always start slow and easy, fewer reps until you build up gently. Otherwise, you can’t walk the next day!! Your body will tell you when you’ve done too many too soon!

    if she didnt know what she was doing she would not be in shape.. you can tell shes in shape.. look at her arms and even her legs and stomach..
