Exercises for Cellulite, and streatch marks on my thighs and butt?

Help please im 16 and its getting worse the older i get .

I would say good old jogging about 5 miles a day
I have the same exact problem. Im not even fat its just like i hit puberty like an atomic bomb and one day i woke up with a big butt and thies. I’d say eating healthy and exersising, probably walking and running. I started walking to school and i’v noticed improvements within about 2-3 weeks.
Hate to break it to you, but the stretch marks will always be there. They do lighten over time but that’s about it. To blast the cellulite you need to get into a good cardio workout! Anything that gets your heart rate up for 30 mins will work!
Why are you doing this to your body? Your body is very natural and doing this to your body, hating it, doesnt work out anything. You dont need to have a butt and nice thighs. There are many ways to look beautiful wether it is wearing sholder lenth earrings or buying cute clothes that are your style and atually mathces the color of your hair is really important. Being yourself is very important

Try light weight lifting to tone, hamstring curls, squats, straight leg dead lift. Just pick up some light dumbells like 2x 5lb dumbells and 2x 10lb. Or if you have the money try to join a gym, or use the school weight room. This will help you tone. To get rid of the fat, do some cardio work, 20-25 mins of light cardio and diet, try a 1500 calorie diet. Check the sources I provide, they apply to weight-lifting/body building but, it has the same context.
Use http://www.fitday.com to count calories, it’ll give you an idea of what u should be eating on a daily bases, it shows the percentage of fats/carbs/proteins that you consume on a daily bases, if you fill it out. for stretch marks, you really cant do anything about the current ones you already have, but you can take vitamin E pills, use lotion with vitamin E, and i heard cocoa butter works miracles to prevent future ones. ( and I THINK depending on your body this will also help fade your current stretch marks a little not completely. NOT SURE, for me it did.)
For Diet:
Try to eat healthy fats no food cooked in corn oil or vegetable oil. Use Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or if you want to spend money, Coconut Oil, or grape seed.
Try to keep away from fast food

Eat more smaller meals. liek 6 meals a day in smaller portion it helps your metabolism.
ALSO
YOU CAN NOT SPOT REDUCE FAT, which means you can not lose fat in a specific place. you have to diet/excercise and where ever you lose fat depends on your body and your genetics.
