Buy some workout DVDs ; there is called 10 minutes workout, if you google or go to AMAZON.com, you can find any kinds of exercise DVD. It’s only 10 minutes and easy to start. Do it everyday and avoid sweets but eat a lots of vegetables and fruits instead.

@mjjcng8958 …then order these work out videos! Even though I was only a size 2 before I started these work outs, I can DEFINITELY tell a difference. My boyfriend (who was hardly able to keep his hands off me before) doesn’t shut up about how nice it’s looking!
(He said he’s even considering trying it… haha!)

Actually, I bought these and there is not enough on the commercial to do the workout. Some of the dvds are like 40 min of different moves. You will not get as good results w/o buying it. I’m gonna go do it now.
