i’m 14b yrs 5′3” band 105pounds, although i’m not overweight, i have cellulite and my butt doesn’t look that nice. please help me, i feel so bad about my body, i may seem thin, but in fact i’m not. i really need to have a nice body but i have no time for a lot of exercise, and please don’t tell me to eat less cause i really need energy this period(i’m extremely busy). just tell me what i should avoid eating and suggest me some easy and quick exercises, serious answers only

I’m depressed because everytime I look at my body in the mirror or when I ain’t got clothes on I look fat I have cellulite & rolls sort of. I’m 5 foot 4 and I weigh 121 pounds and I’m 17. I’m also diabetic. So I wasn’t sure what I could eat or drink everyday to melt body fat… I’m getting married to this boy when I’m 18 and his sister is a year or two younger than me an she’s beautiful she’s skinny and has a nice body and skin n long hair and she has a pretty voice and she’s out going. As for me I’m not FAT I’m just kinda gettin there and I’ve been hitting the gym a lot lately and my stomach seems to not be going any where. It’s getting a little bigger. I’m getting depressed like crazy. My hair isn’t growing it’s not short but it’s not long enough Im pale and where my dad is freckled n my mom is faker skin cause he’s Romanian I’m weird looking with freckles n moles on my arms and legs n stuff not that many just a few but I want to get rid of them. I’m not doing this to get the boy to like me more, I’m just doing this to feel better about myself so if anyone has any answers or suggestions as to my problem please help me out. it will be very much appreciated!

Most likely you just need to tone up.. as in convert the fat into muscle, because often people like yourself lose 10 lbs or so and still feel like they’re kind of fat. Running or swimming would be best, but a lot of women don’t think they need to do upper body or core or chest workouts, which are very important in getting a toned look throughout the body.

I have some cellulite on my thighs and butt and I’m pretty jiggly all over. I don’t want to lose any weight though. I’m 15 and belong to a gym, but I don’t know what exercises to do. Any suggestions?

Hire a trainer for a one shot deal. be upfront with them about what you are wanting and then just go about it yourself
