i’m 14b yrs 5′3” band 105pounds, although i’m not overweight, i have cellulite and my butt doesn’t look that nice. please help me, i feel so bad about my body, i may seem thin, but in fact i’m not. i really need to have a nice body but i have no time for a lot of exercise, and please don’t tell me to eat less cause i really need energy this period(i’m extremely busy). just tell me what i should avoid eating and suggest me some easy and quick exercises, serious answers only

We only worked on our chest and backs for 4 days. Then we realized we were wrong we did plyometrics which took our legs out of the equation and I dont know when they will be back. It hurt our legs so bad that we can’t really even walk. Plyo is a beast. P90X itself is a beast. Last day we did leg exercise arm and shoulders so our legs could rest. The rest day was the best. I wish it could have lasted forever. I have been having issues with the food too. It is SO expensive. I have to find a way to afford it and time and space to eat all that crap. Video Rating: 5 / 5
