so i want to tryout for a cheer squad sometime in the summer but im a quite chubby and iv got some cellulite
i need to lose weight for summer
what are some good meals that dont have many calories and good exercises for cheerleaders

Answer by KaylaBabe buy some wheat toast, a kind thats 70 cals for 2 pieces and some orange margarine. only 95 cals when u make toast with the jelly on it. eat chocolate pudding thats under 100 cals
lots of fruit
eat homemade stuff never pre-boxed.
Or you could go the unhealthy way, can lose 14 pounds a week!

okay so i run for half an hour everyday but i want to go on a diet as well i really hate my legs and i need to loose the rest of the jiggle by august 1st im a size 3 but i need to get at least a size one or 2 what is a way i can loose the cellulite and fat off my leg diet wise to obtain perfect legs?

Answer by Alexandra Creams dont work for cellulite. It compacts the fat cells, and reduces them for as long as you use the cream. Its basically “rolling up” the fat. Not getting rid of it. You have to tone your legs up. I suggest taking long walks, jogging, watch what you eat, drink lots of water, and strech a lot.

I’m 5′3″-5′4″ and weigh around 125 pounds. Im also really out of shape, and havent been eating healthy at all. I’m not fat, but I really want my legs and arms to be skinnier and toned. My abs could be flatter too. I want to weigh around 110 and have more muscle. Anyone know a good diet and excercise or anything else to help me? I want to have a good body around Christmas, so I want to start today. Also, I want to lose 3 inches around my waist area, where I have a little pudge. I want it gone. Help Please!!

Answer by Grace J You might think about trying this book called “The Movie Star Diet” by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn’t think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
